Jillee Walter, Intern

THERAPIST INTERN

Jillee feels called to the profession of counseling to create a safe and inviting space to all individuals walking through the doors at Anomaly Theraoy. Inclusivity is at the heart of her counseling identity, and she strives to make all feel welcome while providing effective and tailored therapeutic approaches for her clients.

With a background in attachment research along with yoga instruction, Jillee looks forward to serving clients by prioritizing their relational needs and the importance of the connection between the mind and body. Her hope is that her clients will leave therapy sessions with the ability to take on what the world hands them. Jillee enjoys serving a diverse population with a variety of counseling needs.

Outside of the therapy space, she enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and experimenting with her espresso machine. When not at school or work, she is often found wherever there is blue sky and shady trees, preferably surrounded by family, friends, and her faith community.

Jillee practices under the direct supervision of Jess Mansell, LPC-MHSP, and Belmont University Mental Health Counseling faculty who are licensed mental health professionals in the state of Tennessee.
