Perinatal and Postpartum

The perinatal period often brings questions around identity, shifts in relationships with partners, and changing roles at home. We believe postpartum is forever. We offer individual and couples therapy for perinatal and postpartum clients, including support for returning to work and navigating evolving family dynamics. Through our Workplace Wellness program, we also provide postpartum support within organizational and workplace settings, helping individuals feel supported both at home and at work.
